B2B website purpose
Screen Media Works is a business-to-business website operated by Qingdao Kamof Electric Co., Ltd.. It provides product information, selection guidance and a channel for requesting quotations. It is not an ecommerce checkout.
RFQs and order acceptance
Submitting an RFQ, receiving an RFQ ID or receiving an automated email does not constitute acceptance of an order. An order is accepted only through the applicable written quotation, order confirmation or contract.
Product information and final specifications
Product information, dimensions, illustrations and selection guidance on the website are preliminary and may vary. Final specifications are determined by confirmed drawings, samples, written quotations, purchase orders or contracts. Website information does not replace final technical confirmation.
Commercial terms
Prices, minimum order quantities, lead times, packing, shipping, payment and warranty terms apply only when confirmed in writing. Operating results also depend on the confirmed application, installation and operating conditions.
Materials supplied by customers
You must have the authority to submit drawings, images, trademarks, samples and other materials. You must not submit material that infringes another party's rights or that you are not permitted to disclose.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
Website text, branding and owned or licensed images may not be copied, republished or misused without permission. You must not use the site for spam, malicious activity, impersonation, unauthorised automated extraction or interference with site operation.
Third-party links and services
Third-party links and services are governed by their own terms and policies. Their availability and operation are outside the website operator's direct control.
Use of unconfirmed information
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website operator is not liable for decisions made solely on unconfirmed website information.
Governing law, disputes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute through good-faith negotiation.
