Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we may collect your name, company, country or region, email address, optional WhatsApp or phone number, product and application details, material and operating conditions, dimensions, aperture and installation information when provided, quantity, destination, requested delivery information and message. We may also collect the landing page, limited campaign or source parameters, IP address, timestamps, request identifiers and security or validation results.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to inquiries, identify and select products, prepare quotations, conduct technical follow-up, prevent spam, abuse and fraud, manage email delivery, retries and operational records, comply with legal obligations and protect legal rights. We do not send marketing emails unless separately agreed.

Service providers and international processing

We use Netlify hosting, Functions and Blobs, Cloudflare Turnstile, Resend, a business email provider and an operational alert service. These providers process only the information needed to provide hosting, form protection, storage, email delivery and operational support. They may process information in countries or regions other than your own.

Limited sharing

We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. When necessary to complete product selection, prepare a quotation or fulfil your request, we may provide the minimum necessary project information to selected suppliers, manufacturers, logistics providers or professional service providers. We do not share customer contact details when they are not needed for that purpose.

Retention

Application RFQ records, delivery indexes and webhook events are configured to expire after 365 days and are processed by a daily cleanup task. Deletion may occur after the scheduled expiry rather than at an exact second. Emails, service-provider records, security logs and legally required business records may have different retention periods. We retain them only as long as reasonably necessary for inquiry handling, security, legal and business-record purposes.

Access, correction and deletion

Requests for access, correction or deletion may be sent to sales@screenmediaworks.com. We may verify your identity before acting on a request and handle requests according to applicable law.

Cookies, security and age

The website does not currently operate advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and security signals to help prevent abuse. This website is intended for business users and is not directed to persons under 18.

We do not use this website for cross-site behavioural tracking and do not currently respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals. Service providers such as Cloudflare may process browser and security signals to prevent abuse under their own privacy terms.

Policy updates

We may update this policy when our services or data handling practices change. We will change the effective date when material revisions are made.
